I like the way that the colour scheme has continued onto the contents page as it shows that the house style is being used effectively. I like the way that the background colours contrast each other as it allows them to seem even bolder on the page. The colour of the font is clear to see as it stands out and this is obviously a positive feature as it means that the text it easy to read. I really like the use of the different images that have been used as it gives the readers a clear idea that this is going to be a big feature in the magazine. However, the negative aspect of this is that the number in the corner of the page should be a two, not a one. I also like the way that each section is laid out as it has made effective use of the space provided.

I think that the contents page is very professional, with images that also look professional. I like the colour scheme, as they contrast each other which makes it easier to read. The editing of the image on the bottom is also very good, which also looks professional. The space has also been used effectively, as there is not much space left to use on the contents page. Negative aspects of this would be that there is a gap between the main image on the right, and the texts at the bottom and the left. These could have been taken up by moving the texts slightly closer to the image.

I really like this contents page, the colours contrast each other well and, in my opinion, are very suitable to use for the genre of music this magazine centres around. The pictures are very good and have the right fit and context for a contents page. I think the idea of putting the website in the bottom underneath the number is a clever and subtle way of mentioning it, without taking up too much space on the page, as it is of lesser importance. The colours on the contents list are good as they break up the different pages into different categories, stand out from the background so as its not too plain and white, and also link in with the logo of the magazine. The only negative i have to say about this page is that the text in the 1st column of reviews is just a little bit too far apart, but aside from that, this is great!

I like the fonts on the cover page this variety helps it to stand out. However I think the colour scheme might be a bit girly and therefore not be attracted to by men. As well as the colour scheme you notice that the men in images might mean this might be geared towards women more so than men. The production is fantastic but I think Louisa should have used the colours and images more effectively in order tot appeal to a larger audience.

The use of space in the contents page has been used effectively as by positioning the title in the left hand corner I am instantly drawn to this. I like the layout as it is easy to see what exactly is going on in the magazine. I do think however that the font for these sections could be enlarged slightly and made bolder. Personally, I think that there could be more colours used in the colour scheme to add diversity as it has been played safe with the blue/maroon theme.
